On Tuesday, Lara Croft actress Angelina Jolie- who is suing a British tabloid for claming that she plans to split from Brad Pitt -is expected to travel to Haiti, UNHCR spokesman Andrej Mahecic said Tuesday. He is keeping her itinerary secret for security purposes.
Last month, the 34-year-old UN goodwill ambassador Angelina Jolie -- who has visited everywhere from Iraq to Thailand to Pakistan -- announced that she and beau Pitt, 46, are donating $1 million to the emergency medical operation in Haiti
In a statement, the 34-year-old UN goodwill ambassador said: "It is incredibly horrible to see a catastrophe of this size hit a people who have been suffering from extreme poverty, violence and unrest for so many decades."
