Rihanna, is a Barbadian singer and model. Born in Saint Michael, Barbados, Rihanna moved to the United States at the age of 16 to pursue a recording career under the guidance of record producer Evan Rogers. She subsequently signed a contract with Def Jam Recordings after auditioning for then-label head Jay-Z

There have been no additional messages posted on her Twitter account since the initial "The Wait Is Ova. Nov 23 09" that appeared last week, but in a new interview with Rap-up.com, "Umbrella" producer Tricky Stewart reveals that Rihanna will in fact release the album on November 23 and that the track he produced for her could be the album's first single.

"Everything's about to happen really fast, so it's not gonna be long," Stewart said about the release of their track, which was written by The-Dream. "It's gonna be here in the next couple days. ... We delivered a very, very big record, but I can't say what the name of it is or anything, just for the simple fact that it's actually top secret. It's definitely going to be a single. It's either going to be the first or the second single. I do know that."

Tricky didn't want to reveal too much about the song, but he did say that "it's uptempo. It's a club banger and it's edgy." He also shared that there will be a rapper on the track, but didn't specify who.

In photos posted on the fansite RihannaDaily.com on Friday, Rihanna appears to be filming a video. The photos show her walking on a wooden dock or bridge of some kind, wearing a blond Mohawk, an eye patch, above-the-knee boots and a big gray sweater. No additional details have emerged about the video shoot.
