The Madonna singer is object of a judicial demand on the part of one of his neighbors by the noise who cause she and his guests in sessions of dance in his New York apartmentAccording to he publishes the newspaper “New York Post”, the Supreme Court of Manhattan received east Friday the demand presented/displayed by Karen George, neighbor of the floor of above of Madonna in a select block of houses next to Central Park.
“Madonna and one or more of their guests dance and make exercise repeatedly to the rate of an amplified music and of incredibly ample decibels, which cause noise and vibrations that are let feel through the walls, the ceilings and the radiators”, indicates the demand.
According to the legal document, the neighbor “has been itself forced to undergo music to all volume, blows and vibrations of the walls during periods of an hour and a half to three hours every day”.
The neighbor meeting of the block has indicated that Madonna already has received a warning of which will be expelled to him from its house if it does not end these sessions of dance.
Until the moment, neither Madonna nor its spokesmen have been pronounced about the demand.
