Paris Hilton(an American socialite, heiress, media personality, model, singer, author, fashion designer and actress) continue to make sensation, Even though many of her items were recently returned after her home had been burglarized last year, Paris Hilton feels "very, very violated" from the experience, says her younger sister.

Hilton is best known for her appearance on the television series The Simple Life, her several minor film roles (most notably her role in the horror film House of Wax in 2005), her 2004 tongue-in-cheek autobiography, her 2006 music album Paris, and her work in modeling. As a result of several legal incidents, Hilton also served a widely publicized sentence in a Los Angeles County jail in 2007. She is also known for her controversial appearance in a sex tape in 2003.

"She was just happy to get some of it back," Nicky Hilton, 26, told while hosting a Halloween party at Las Vegas's Pure Nightclub.

Paris Hilton, 28, was a victim in a string of celebrity burglaries that also included Rachel Bilson, Megan Fox, Ashley Tisdale, Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom and Audrina Patridge. Last week, a group of mostly teenage suspects was arrested in a sting operation, and police say more arrests are expected.

Nicky Hilton remains in disbelief that such a crime even took place. Her sister, she says, "lives in a gated community with supposed state of the art security."

Rick Hilton, Nicky and Paris's father, said he didn't know all the details about the burglary, but said of the outcome that his daughter is "happy about it."
