Miley Cyrus , 16, says she can’t understand why the vampire movie franchise is so popular.
“I’ve never seen it nor will I ever,” Miley Cyrus is quoted as saying. “I don’t believe in it. I don’t like vampires, I don’t like the wolf that pops out on the screen when I’m watching my TV at night. I don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t like the shirts. I don’t like any of it.
“I feel like seriously, people get really into it, people always fall in love with the characters. I don’t know. I’m not into it. I feel really lame because everyone’s so excited.”
The Hannah Montana star — who has most recently been romantically linked with 19-year-old actor Liam Hemsworth and has previously dated model Justin Gatson and singer Nick Jonas – revealed last week that she’s not very good at dating.
“Oh, I’m not really good at dating,” she said. “The whole game often ends with a broken heart. And I really know how much a broken heart hurts. I wouldn’t do that to anyone.”
Miley Cyrus admits it’s hard for her to have a boyfriend because of all the attention she attracts.
“It’s frustrating. Whenever I want to be alone with a boy the paparazzi follow us,” she said.
“Sometimes I would like to wear a wig — like Hannah Montana. Then I’d have a more private life for sure.”
